Product availability and shipping time
Each product presented on stickers4mini.com is available as long as it is visible on the site. The average delay observed at the start of our workshops is 5 working days upon receipt of your order. We manufacture on demand a large part of the products, in the event that a color is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact you by email within 5 working days in order to communicate our best delivery time.

Regarding payment by check, simply send us your payment accompanied by a copy of your order form and a copy of your identity card.
The check must be made payable to Mr HARNOIS David
Concerning the payment by credit card and via PayPal, the debit is immediate following the placing of your order. If this is not carried out your order will not be taken into account.
Price
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to invoice the prices in force on the site at the time of the validation of your order.
All sales prices are indicated in euros and do not include delivery costs.
The delivery costs will be indicated to you as you choose your products and invoiced in addition to the price of the selected products.
Delivery method
For delivery stickers4mini.com chose the colissimo followed.
This delivery method allows you to be delivered within 48 hours following the departure of the products from our workshop.
We cannot, however, be held responsible for any delay in delivery, loss of packages and consequences due to the postal service, colissimo services, yourself or a third party.
In the case of non-receipt of a package within 48 hours from our workshop, an investigation may be carried out with the carrier, this may take 21 days at La Poste during which no refund or return could be made.
In the case of defects or non-conformity of the product received, we advise you to send us your request upon delivery of these, either in handwritten form to the address below:

The costs of returning defective products or resulting from an order error are borne by the user. All elements, accessories and instructions must be present. In the event of proven non-compliance, stickers4mini.com will replace the product as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal and refund
According to article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, if necessary, return and shipping costs. The period mentioned runs from the receipt of the package.
Return
Returns must be made by La Poste or other carrier, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibilities
stickers4mini.com cannot be held responsible for any breach of the contract concluded, in particular in the event of force majeure, a strike by La Poste or other transport services, or communication services as well as disruption or fault by the customer during of the order, installation or improper use of the product.
